Our world has no shortage of spectacular people, amazing places, and intriguing animals. History is chock-full of inspiring stories, truly fascinating people, and events. Sure there are of course the dark and depressing events and incidents that have occurred in humanity's past, but why focus only on the bad and negative things about our species? I for one enjoy seeing the heroic and inspiring stories of people and the backstories of some famous photos and events.
